Something that’s struck the tides today. deadline.com/2023/03/adult-swim-unicorn-warriors-eternal-animation-warner-bros-discovery-1235311351/Now if you don’t reside in one of the alleged centers of the universe in the US such as New York or LA, you’ve probably already watched Adult Swim at 7. Congrats! Now it’s even more early for you. Some are making a fuss, and I just feel nothing. Was already bizarre for the past set of years to watch a Family Guy rerun on the network and still have the sun plain visible outside. Is this a strange era to live in? Hell yes. Often feels like Ouweleen and all this corporate nonsense has already succeeded with turning Adult Swim into something else. At least it no longer feels like Adult Swim itself is in jeopardy. It just continues to deteriorate and adapt with new management. I remember not being able to watch [as] certain days because of the restraints with Cartoon Network. (Still love you, Fix) And as rough as it must be for the general CN side, they’ve also had issues for a long time. Changes start in the beginning of May. We’ll see how it goes, or if it’s even permanent. Who knows?

I can't believe they're expanding again. It's been 9 years since they took 8PM. Why, though? This is way too long.

CN will have even less to work with during programming, and Adult Swim doesn’t have the strongest lineup to push thru 10 or so hours as is.
And we already know [as] would spend 3+ of those hours just airing FOX content.
It makes Ouweleen’s sing and dance months back about “putting Cartoon Network back where it was” look phony.
It puts more of a ripe taste in your mouth about Unicorn: Warriors Eternal going over to Swim, but again; Cartoon Network & HBO Max aren’t the brightest alternatives anyway. I’ve heard the story about Infinity Train.
Not that [as] doesn’t have their own write-offs with WB, but they don’t have nearly as many battles over demographics.
They see how well Adult Swim as a brand can perform, and everyone wants a piece of it. Doesn’t make this the best decision, but that’s about the only sense I can make of it.

This is the worst idea ever. If anything Adult Swim's hours should shrink and it should start later.
Man what a blow to Cartoon Network. 7:00 used to be its primo hours.
