So, I just learned today that people are posting here now. Sorry for not knowing sooner. When I posted the link to this place on the Anime Superhero Facebook page, I received lots of words of discouragement. "There are no posts here." "I don't think anyone would be interested in joining." It was really disheartening. After a few weeks of inactivity, I just sort of...left this thing here and didn't check back. Then a couple of days ago, the Star Brothers posted in their blog the link to this place and let their readership know about it. I finally checked and WOW! I'm so glad to see people are actually posting in here. I'm glad to see interest in the old site is not lost.  So, I'm back to posting here regularly. If anyone wants me to add any new boards (I saw Fone Bone's thread and added a Drawing Board) or have any other feedback, please let me know here. |

I didn’t know until awhile after I registered that this wasn’t an official temp forum.
And the only reason I knew that was because I myself would check the official replies on Twitter. Which, of course, was filled with even more discouraging replies than the ones you’ve received.
Everyone outside of here has just been giving their own passive aggressive eulogies on the site.
I can’t even be too mad at them for such a thing because the communication these past couple months has been all-around abysmal.
Regardless, you’ve offered us a platform and it works fine.
Toonzone was just getting to be my escape again and then it went off in one blink, so I heavily appreciate your service.
If others don’t wish to contribute then that’s up to them. But you’ve helped rebuild just a little.

Just to be clear, the original site IS coming back at some point, right? I think an update and clarification about that is sorely needed. I don't know. I'm not an admin from the original site--I just started this so we can chat again. I can only hope it comes back sometime soon. |
